Your missionTake on both operational and tactical responsibility for growth marketing channels across DACH, focusing on paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and SEA (Google Ads).Dive deep into KPIs, monitoring performance metrics and applying the latest industry insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.Work with a substantial budget, defining and implementing channel-specific strategies to meet performance goals and achieve targeted ROI.Directly contribute to HER ONE's profitable growth strategy being flexible and open to constantly exploring new opportunities.Collaborate with team members to test new channels and tools, bringing fresh, innovative ideas for continuous improvement.Operate hands-on in daily campaign management, supporting and guiding team efforts to drive success.Your profile4-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within e-commerce, with a solid grasp of paid performance strategies and product feed based marketing.
