With over 1,000 active patients and a strong medical network, we are the largest digital platform for hormonal men’s health in the German-speaking world. We look forward to your application As Founding Engineer, you will become the technological backbone of Adon Health. You're a backend developer, ideally experienced with the HubSpot CRM and marketing automations, and you’re eager to do more than just write code — you want to shape the platform that helps men lead healthier, better lives alongside our founding team. You’ll be working closely with our founders for the technical expansion of our platform — from enhancing the user experience and integrating smart processes to scaling our digital therapy offerings. Together, we’ll build the infrastructure to deliver modern, effective, data-driven healthcare to thousands of men — discreetly and impactfully. Tasks 🧠 Platform Development: Further development of our platform — focusing on performance, usability, and scalability 🧩 System Integration: Set up and integrate a powerful HubSpot CRM system to automate marketing and patient workflows 🛠️ Technical Leadership: Take full ownership of our codebase — including prioritization, architecture, and code quality 🚀 Growth Enablement: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to build tech solutions that drive growth Requirements 💻 Full-Stack Pro: Solid experience in web development (backend) — ideally with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js or similar stacks 🧠 CRM & Automation Know-How: Experience with HubSpot CRM — including API integration, custom properties, workflows, and GDPR-compliant configuration 🔁 System Integration & Process Thinking: Skilled at connecting external tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom APIs) to the CRM and designing smart, automated workflows for our patient journey 📈 Growth-Oriented Mindset: Understands how technology improves user experience, enables marketing automation, scales processes, and drives growth 💬 Communicative & Team-Oriented: Enjoys working closely with other departments and the founding team ❤️ Mission-Driven: Passionate about using technology to create real medical impact Benefits 🏋️ Wellpass – Access to top gyms and classes across Germany 🩺 Health Check – Free annual health check worth €280 🎉 Team Events – Regular team events sponsored by us ☕ Barista Coffee – In our office in the heart of Munich 🚀 Flat Hierarchies & Responsibility – You’ll be the Tech Lead from day one 🌍 Purpose-Driven Team – We're building something the world genuinely needs We are excited about your applicationWir sind Adon Health, ein Münchner Healthtech-Startup mit über 1.500 aktiven Patienten und einem starken medizinischen Netzwerk.
