BerlinMarketing – Community /Full-time, Permanent /HybridApply for this jobAs a Community Activation Executive at Fnatic, you'll embody our brand to millions of Fnatic fans globally, both online and IRL. You'll cultivate a community that generates a strong sense of belonging, integrating key moments across Fnatic's titles, products and events to delight existing fans and attract more every day.Alongside being an important champion of our fan-led digital offerings, you'll also coordinate execution of IRL activations in Berlin, home to the high-performance hub of some of our elite teams.Working closely with Marketing colleagues, as well as Commercial and Tech teams, you'll take on this and many exciting new projects designed to open the black and orange world to a whole new audience of fans.

Your mission is to:

Grow and enhance the community through tailored activations, both online and in-person Support on-the-ground execution of Berlin-based marketing activations, meetups and watch parties Build strong relationships with game developers and tournaments organisers to create new opportunities to bring Fnatic fans into match days Cultivate Fnatic Network, our community of grassroots Fnatic ambassadors Analyse Fnatic Network talent growth, and create case studies on Network's success in building Creator talent careers Coordinate product allocations for Fnatic Network Educate the business on opportunities related to Network, including generating additional revenue within the Partnerships team Lead on announcements of Fnatic events and updates to community members, or social media channels when required Drive signups and adoption of Fnatic ID across all marketing activations Constantly refine in-app content and communications, working closely with moderators and Network talent to foster belonging and inclusion Work alongside the Marketing team to integrate app-specific activations across every marketing beat, and create community-only touchpoints that drive downloads of, and signups to, Fnatic's fan offerings Monitor fandom and engagement metrics, and work closely with Marketing and Data colleagues to build further audience insights Ensure obligations to membership holders are fulfilled, and ensure members have insider access to new Fnatic initiatives and ongoings Manage ad-hoc community engagement projects as defined by your manager

We're looking for:

Entry-level marketing experience in a consumer/youth-focused brand environment Ability to digest data and make well-reasoned recommendations Passion for online and offline community building, and a love of digital products An innovative and creative mindset Comfort in things moving fast, and making things happen Knowledge of marketing best-practice and regulations Understanding of youth culture and trends in media consumption Resourceful mindset and ability to do a lot with a little when necessary Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German, other languages desirable
