Beyond managing tenders, you’ll build a scalable bid management framework, align tender strategies with our go-to-market priorities, and shape how Sdui Group wins complex deals across DACH, Spain, and beyond. Your work will directly influence how we position ourselves in competitive markets and secure long-term partnerships with public institutions.What you’ll doManage the tender funnel for Germany and AustriaCoordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Support) throughout the bid preparation processEnsure full compliance with all tender requirementsCollect, organize, and maintain all relevant tender documentationMonitor active tenders and contribute to reporting and performance trackingDesign, implement, and own the end-to-end bid management processAlign bid strategies closely with Sales and Key Account prioritiesObserve market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developmentsProvide data-driven recommendations for go-to-market and product positioning strategiesMentor and guide junior team members as the team scalesWhat you’ll bringStrong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detailExcellent understanding of compliance requirementsClear and proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindsetIndependent, hands-on working styleStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsHigh level of stakeholder management and leadership capabilityProven ability to design scalable processes and frameworksExperience in cross-functional collaboration at a senior level5+ years of experience in bid/tender management, ideally in SaaS or tech environmentsProven track record of success in winning tendersIn-depth knowledge of public procurement frameworksFluent in German (C2) and English (C1)Where you’ll beYou can work remotely or from one of our co-working spaces in Hamburg, Koblenz, or Berlin. What we offerSocial Impact: Sdui’s vision is to transform the daily life of schools.
