Senior Bid Manager

We empower humans to transform education for a better tomorrow. As Senior Bid Manager , you will be a key driver of Sdui Group's growth. Beyond managing tenders, you'll build a scalable bid management framework, align tender strategies with our go-to-market priorities, and shape how Sdui Group wins complex deals across DACH, Spain, and beyond. Your work will directly influence how we position ourselves in competitive markets and secure long-term partnerships with public institutions.

• Manage the tender funnel for Germany and Austria
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Support) throughout the bid preparation process
• Ensure full compliance with all tender requirements
• Collect, organize, and maintain all relevant tender documentation
• Monitor active tenders and contribute to reporting and performance tracking
• Design, implement, and own the end-to-end bid management process
• Align bid strategies closely with Sales and Key Account priorities
• Observe market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments
• Provide data-driven recommendations for go-to-market and product positioning strategies

• Mentor and guide junior team members as the team scales

• Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail

• Excellent understanding of compliance requirements
• Clear and proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
• Independent, hands-on working style
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• High level of stakeholder management and leadership capability
• Proven ability to design scalable processes and frameworks
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration at a senior level
• 5+ years of experience in bid/tender management, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
• Proven track record of success in winning tenders
• In-depth knowledge of public procurement frameworks
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
