Develop comprehensive production plans, establishing a foundation for team success. Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution. Actively seek input from team members, recognizing the importance of their contributions. Inspire to create captivating and innovative games and simulations. Guide and motivate, provide support, and communicate clearly. Celebrate milestones and achievements, recognizing hard work and dedication. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture, celebrating diversity. Stay informed about industry trends, inspiring the team to push boundaries. Key Qualifications: Familiarity with agile techniques and traditional production management. Experience in tracking complex projects using project tracking software and providing support in unblocking issues. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong project management skills. Preferred Qualifications:: Experience in VR/AR or location-based entertainment products. Understanding of restrictions and of possibilities in VR Understanding of VR game development with Unreal Passion for VR, games, Mixed Reality, and new technologies.
