We can’t wait to meet youThese are our current challenges and future goals:At Glow25, we’re looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer to join our central Data team. You’ll help us build reliable and scalable data models and enable self-serve analytics across the company. This role is a great fit if you already have solid SQL skills and are excited to grow your knowledge of modern data tech like dbt, GCP, Lightdash, etc. You’ll work closely with business teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for day-to-day decision-making.This is where we need your support:Data Modeling: You support the development and maintenance of modular, well-documented data models using SQLData Preparation: Create curated tables to power dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysisData Quality Assurance: Implement basic tests and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistencyStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate data solutionsDocumentation & Maintenance: Maintain clear documentation of data models, transformations, and metrics to support transparency and knowledge sharingYou have the following experience: You have working knowledge of SQL and feel confident writing and understanding queriesYou understand the basics of data modeling and how data structures workYou’re curious about analytics engineering tools and modern data workflowsYou’re interested in data visualization and have a sense for business contextYou communicate clearly and work in a structured and detail-oriented wayThat's something you can look forward to:Flexible working hours and time trackingUnlimited access to the latest courses on tech, business, leadership, and mental/physical well-beingA generous 40% discount on our entire range in the shop30 days of vacation + the option to take up to 10 days of unpaid leave – because sometimes you just need a little breakCompany health insurance that covers additional services worth up to €600 per year (e.g. vision aids, dental cleanings, etc.)Glow Card: With your prepaid credit card, you can shop at selected providers in your area.
