Als Retail Onboarding Associate arbeitest du eng mit den Sales- , Account Management- und Product-Teams zusammen, um unseren Einzelhandelspartnern zu helfen, ihre Erfolgschancen auf Wolt zu maximieren. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, unsere Partner beim Prozessablauf zwischen Vertragsunterzeichnung und Go-Live der Geschäfte zu unterstützen. Du stellst sicher, dass ihre Produktauswahl stimmt, ihre Produkte auf unserer Plattform eingepflegt werden und bist für den reibungslosen und effizienten Ablauf des gesamten Prozesses zuständig. Eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind dir wichtig, während du die volle Unterstützung von unserem Team erhältst. Du liebst es, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, deine Skills zu verbessern und neue Konzepte auszuarbeiten und diese auch zu implementieren. Ebenso bist du die kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Retail-Partner für alle organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du arbeitest in einem Team parallel mit deinen Kollegen aus dem Bereich Partnerakquise und Account Management und berichtest an den Onboarding Lead. Zusammen sind wir ein hoch engagiertes, kollegiales Team, das unseren Retail-Partnern den besten Service und höchsten Standard anbieten will mit dem Ziel, den Einzelhandel zu stärken und unseren Kunden eine Plattform bieten, wo sie die Handelsvielfalt ihrer Region in einer App wiederfinden. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Eigenverantwortliche Koordination, Durchführung und Kontrolle des Onboarding-Prozesses für unsere Einzelhandelspartner Selbstständiges Einpflegen der Produktdaten sowie Fotos in unser Backend-System Vor-Ort-Schulung unserer Key-Accounts Erstellung und Anpassung von Onboarding-Unterlagen; Durchführen von Recherchen in Datenbanken sowie Einholung von erforderlichen Auskünften Koordination mit der Foto-, Product- sowie Accountmanagement-Abteilung, Kuratieren des Sortiments unserer Partner Unterstützung des Retail Teams bei allen zusätzlichen Aufgaben bei der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern Einhaltung einheitlicher und effizienter Prozesse Entwicklung und Implementierung von Konzepten zur Verbesserung des Onboarding-Ablaufes, darunter neue Technologien Our humble expectations Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein kompetentes und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber unseren Partnern Du fühlst dich wohl mit Excel Du hast Interesse daran technische Prozesse zu optimieren und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Software-Programme ein Organisationstalent sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus Du magst es, selbständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten Du liebst es zu koordinieren, Prozesse zu erstellen und Qualitätskontrollen durchzuführen Flexibilität und große Einsatzbereitschaft gehören zu deinen Eigenschaften Erfahrungen aus dem Einzelhandel sind von Vorteil. Fließend in Deutsch und in Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
