At Wolt, our Retail Onboarding Team ensures that new retail partners can launch quickly, professionally, and with an exceptional experience. We guide them through every step of the journey – from the first information to assortment setup, photo coordination, and ultimately going live on the platform. As we continue to scale, we constantly refine our processes to ensure an efficient and seamless onboarding experience.
In this role, you will take ownership of the key stages of merchant onboarding, working closely with various internal teams to ensure our partners receive outstanding support from day one. Your mission is to create a smooth launch experience and set every new retailer up for long-term success on Wolt.
What you'll be doingIn this role, you will guide new retail partners through every stage of their onboarding journey, ensuring they have a smooth, professional, and well-supported start on Wolt. You will work closely with internal teams, manage key onboarding steps, and clearly communicate requirements and next actions. Your focus is to create a seamless partner experience while maintaining high operational quality throughout the process.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:- Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience for our merchants
- Clearly communicate processes, requirements, and next steps to partners – via email/CRM and phone
- Monitor onboarding processes, document progress, proactively communicate updates, and track tasks in and other Wolt tools
- Confidently use our systems, tools, and workflows

- Strong team orientation and a genuine desire to grow in a fast-changing environment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to identify challenges early and propose creative, practical solutions.
- Strong customer and partner orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly with people of varying technical backgrounds.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Support, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- The ability to set goals, manage priorities, and deliver reliable, high-quality results.
- A structured, detail-oriented working style and great communication skills.
- Fluent German and English skills (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.

Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a short assignment, which you'll present in a follow-up interview. Throughout the process, we aim to keep communication clear and timely, and you can expect regular updates at every stage.
