Linking our existing Climate and Sustainability Services as well Programme and Project Management and TDD Service within Property Advisory with a wider client base and enable a systematic approach.Advise our clients on value-add projects, decarbonisation programms aligned with end-of-life and lease periods as well as asset life extension. With a focus on advisory services, include our local and global inhouse skills in architecure, engineering and specialists allowing for a holistic approach to the assets.Ensure effective strategy development and deployment for buildings in operation, clarifying objectives and expectations. Assisting our clients to operate in an efficient and sustainable manner.Is this role right for you?We also value:Extensive experience in the property/real estate sector, preferably with deep consulting experience and understanding of industry specific programs and transformation processes within assets and operationsStrong ability to engage with clients at high organizational levelsKnowledge of decision-making processes at high organizational levels and real estate program implementation.Proven experience in client relationship management and a strong understanding of the Property Advisory Services sector.
