Developing winning sales strategies is a core part of your role to stay competitive in the market.Cross-Functional Team ManagementYou manage internal, cross-functional proposal teams, bringing together technical and commercial expertise to create compelling offers.Negotiation and SupportYou take the lead in negotiations, driving them to a successful closure of contracts. Additionally, you support account management and business development activities to strengthen customer relationships and expand opportunities. YOUR PROFILEWHAT TO BRING?EducationYou have a degree in a technical field of study.WorkexperienceYou have at least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally in sales or project management.PersonalityYou are a flexible team player and self-starter.LanguageYou have a very good command of written and spoken German and English at C1-level.
