As a Sales Manager focusing on the UK data centre sector, you’ll be at the forefront of building relationships, driving adoption, and turning our innovative solutions into real-world impact. Based at our headquarters in Darmstadt, you will cover the UK market while also travelling 6–12 times per year – to visit clients, attend trade fairs, and join industry events across the UK and Europe. Whether you already have B2B sales experience or are ready to grow into a strategic commercial role, we welcome curious minds who enjoy working closely with clients, understanding their challenges, and closing deals that matter. Tasks Present our AI-based energy solutions to potential customers and guide them through the full sales cycle Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK data centre market Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Collaborate closely with our technical team to design tailored solutions for client needs Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable market insights Represent etalytics at UK and European trade fairs and industry events Requirements Ideally, you: Have first of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, tech, or energy Feel confident closing deals and negotiating with senior decision-makers Communicate clearly and persuasively, with the ability to simplify complex topics Are motivated by targets and proactive in achieving them Enjoy working with digital tools and quickly adapt to new technologies Possess an excellent command of English, close to native proficiency (other languages are a plus) Are familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot (advantageous) Benefits Purpose-driven work: Support industrial companies in becoming more efficient and sustainable Flexibility: Hybrid working with home office options and flexible working hours Team spirit: A supportive, collaborative environment with plenty of room for exchange and cooperation Community: Regular team events and shared activities Work-life balance: 30 days of vacation plus a flexible, agile work culture Well-being: Subsidized local gym membership and the option of a job bike (for permanent employees) Ready to make an impact?
