Job Overview
EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer to join our team on a Contract-To-Hire basis. This mid-level position is based in Berlin or Vienna and requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across our client network.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Windows Server, ensuring smooth and efficient server operations.
- Strong understanding of Linux Administration, capable of managing and troubleshooting Linux-based environments.
- Expertise in Network Troubleshooting, demonstrating the ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues effectively.
- Experience with Help Desk Software like Zendesk or ServiceNow, managing user support tickets proficiently.
- Familiarity with the ITIL Framework, applying best practices for IT service management in various scenarios.
- Proficiency in Active Directory (Mandatory skill), managing user accounts and security effectively within the system.
- Expert knowledge of Office 365 (Mandatory skill), ensuring comprehensive support for enterprise-level applications and services.
- Advanced skills in Remote Desktop Support Tools (Mandatory skill), providing seamless remote assistance to end-users.
