Ihre Aufgaben Entwicklung und Pflege eines wettbewerbsfähigen Produktportfolios mit Fokus auf strategische Themen wie Datenmanagement, Digitalisierung und Design – speziell für das After Market Business. Ganzheitliche Unterstützung von Projekten von der Risikominimierung im OTO-Prozess bis zur effizienten Steuerung der Auftragsabwicklung. Initiierung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprojekte zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Abläufe. Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Fachwissen und Talenten innerhalb des Teams. Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung, Inbetriebnahme sowie bei der Erfüllung von Garantieanforderungen. Reduzierung von Qualitätskosten durch gezielte Maßnahmen und Sicherstellung höchster HSE-Standards. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung und Entwicklung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und möglichen Disruption des Produktportfolios inklusive Management des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Papiertechnologie. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der strategischen Entwicklung von Produktportfolios und im Management des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Tiefes Verständnis für Digitalisierung, Datenmanagement und Design sowie deren Anwendung im industriellen Umfeld. Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Risikomanagement und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine ausgeprägte Can-Do-Mentalität.
