Your Tasks Develop and maintain a competitive product portfolio with strategic focus areas such as data management, digitalization, and design – specifically for the After Market Business Provide comprehensive project support, including risk mitigation in the OTO process and efficient management of order execution Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize existing processes and workflows Promote and develop subject matter expertise and talent within the team Support troubleshooting, commissioning, and fulfillment of warranty requirements Reduce quality-related costs through targeted measures and ensure excellent HSE standards Collaborate closely with R&D to continuously improve and potentially disrupt the product portfolio – including full lifecycle management Your Profile You hold a university degree in a technical field, ideally with a focus on paper technology At least ten years of relevant professional experience in the paper industry Strong command of spoken and written English. Proven leadership skills and experience in guiding teams in a dynamic, complex (VUCA) environment. Open to new ideas and concepts, with a healthy “can-do” attitude.
