You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have a seamless and productive experience with Microsoft's suite of tools, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the overall health of our collaboration and communication systems.This includes:Microsoft 365 Support:Provide first- and second-level technical support for all Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)Troubleshoot user issues related to email, calendar, file sharing, collaboration, and communication within the M365 ecosystemAssist with user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resetsMonitor and maintain the health of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliabilityDevice and Application Support:Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on various devices (laptops, desktops, mobile)Assist with software installations, updates, and patches for Microsoft 365-related applicationsProvide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on user devicesDocumentation and Knowledge Sharing:Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for Microsoft 365 processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guidesContribute to the knowledge base and share expertise with the IT teamTrain users on new features and best practices within the Microsoft 365 environmentWhat you bring on the tableAssociate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar roleDemonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshootingExperience with Windows operating systems and common office productivity softwareMicrosoft 365 certification is a plusSolid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, features, and administration toolsProficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity, email delivery, and other common M365 issuesFamiliarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other relevant technologiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts in simple termsPatience and empathy when working with users of varying technical proficiencyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWhy you should join usWe are an international team of space enthusiasts, following one great vision. Rivada's global low-latency point-to-point network of 600 low earth orbit (LEO) satellites is a unique next-generation constellation combining inter-satellite laser links with advanced onboard processing and routing to create a ubiquitous optical mesh network in space. This "orbital network," in which data stays in space from origin to destination, creates an ultra-secure satellite network with pole-to-pole coverage, offering end-to-end latencies much lower than terrestrial fiber over long distances. And by routing traffic on a physically separated network, it provides a layer of defense for any organization that needs to securely share data between widely distributed sites.
