Senior Analyst /Scientist (E-Mobility & Charging) (f/m/d) Full Time Hybrid Rosenstraße 18-19, 10178 Berlin With Professional Experience 9/29/25 Meet the Team: As a Data Scientist, you will work from our Berlin office and will develop models and insights that help predict charging behavior, optimize billing, and improve customer engagement. You will combine advanced statistical methods with business acumen to shape product and financial strategies in the e-mobility sector.    Make an Impact by: Analyze charging data, billing flows, and customer usage to identify drivers of revenue, cost, and engagement.  Build predictive models for churn, load forecasting, pricing, and promotion effectiveness.  Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to validate product and commercial initiatives.  Develop advanced analytics in Snowflake and PostgreSQL, leveraging Python or R for modeling.  Translate complex models into actionable insights and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.  Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability.    Your Profile: 5–8 years of experience in data science, ideally in mobility, energy, or fintech.  Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and solid experience with Python (or R).  Proven track record of applying ML/statistical models to real-world business problems.  Experience with experimentation frameworks and advanced statistical methods.  Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for storytelling and insight communication.  Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to bridge technical outputs with strategic decisions.  Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.    We Offer: A unique opportunity combining the energy of a scale up with the power of  BMW, Mercedes Benz Mobility & bp Working on products & services with a high social impact An international team of talented people who love what they do and live a collaborative spirit An open minded culture with room for growth and the freedom to bring in own ideas Subsidized gym membership Subsidized office lunch benefit Personal development budget for your professional growth Monthly mobility budget Up to 2 days of home office in a week Offsite/ team events & much more and modern, sunny offices in Berlin & Munich … and of course the classics: delicious coffee & tea, fresh fruits and an office dog friendly environment   At DCS we acknowledge the value of diversity, promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination.
