Senior Analyst

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Commercial & Analytics team and drive strategic marketplace & pricing decisions that optimise value for our customers.As a Senior Analyst for our two-sided marketplace product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketplace strategy and maximizing revenue growth. You will lead the development of pricing models & marketplace/revenue initiatives, and partner closely with teams across the organization to ensure successful execution. Your ability to blend quantitative analysis with strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives. This role reports into the Strategic Analytics Lead, Commercial and Analytics Team, which operates across all brands and geographies. The role can be based out of any of our 4 office locations: Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam, Berlin and London.Your role includes the following:Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisionsCollaborate with broader marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue/LTV growth and market expansionDevelop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide marketplace healthFormulate A/B test frameworks to discern the impact of adjustments/new initiatives on marketplace & other business metricsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall analytical capabilities. Leverage advanced analytical tools and technologies to optimize workflowsWork closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectivesDevelop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, accompanied by data-driven insights and rationaleStay informed about industry best practices, emerging pricing trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve marketplace growth6+ years of professional experience as an analyst/senior analyst, preferably in a two-sided marketplaceBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, with a strong analytical backgroundDemonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and manage projects from strategy development through to successful executionProficiency in data analysis & reporting tools (e.g.Tableau, Looker, and BigQuery/SQL, among others)Strong analytical skills and good at interpreting data, generating qualitative feedback and evaluating metrics to inform decision-makingGood business acumen with a strong understanding of commercial topicsExceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in campaign management in a customer centric environment is a plusFluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skillsWhy you’ll enjoy working at the Instapro GroupYou can make an Impact.
