Sei dabei und lass uns gemeinsam die Welt von morgen gestalten.Was Dich erwartet:Du identifizierst als Property Legal Counsel (m/w/d) rechtlichen Handlungsbedarf und greifst diesen auf, um die Interessen des Unternehmens zu schützen.Du berätst und unterstützt eigenverantwortlich und selbständig die Fachbereiche, insbesondere Technik, Vertrieb und Property.Du übernimmst Vertragsverhandlungen inklusive Freigabe von Verträgen aus rechtlicher Sicht und verteidigst das Unternehmen in Gremien im betreuten Fach- und Rechtsbereich.Du vertrittst das Unternehmen in Schieds- und Gerichtsverfahren und koordinierst sowie steuerst externe Rechtsanwälte.Du erstellst und entwickelst (Standard-)Vertragsmuster und Vereinbarungen zur externen Verwendung weiter, berücksichtigst dabei die Erfordernisse der Fachbereiche sowie die aktuelle Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung.Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Lösung rechtlicher Fragen und Probleme und vertrittst dabei die Interessen des Unternehmens.Was Dich auszeichnet:Volljurist/in (erstes und zweites Staatsexamen) mit mehr als fünf Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin oder Syndikusanwalt/Syndikusanwältin in einem Unternehmen.Hervorragende Kenntnisse im gewerbliches Mietrecht, Immobiliarsachenrecht, Zwangsvollstreckungsrecht und Kaufrecht.Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.Hohe Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten.Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 nach GER).Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.Deine Stärken und Erfahrungen zählen.
