The property management industry is a multi-billion-euro market: large, important and outdated. Paper folders, fax machines, manual processes. Most people find it boring. We don’t. For us, it’s one of the most exciting and transformative industries in Germany right now. We are experienced founders who have successfully built and scaled multiple companies. With Avento, we’re part of the biggest transformation the property management industry has seen so far. We acquire traditional property management companies in succession situations and lead them step by step into the digital future, with automation, AI, and entrepreneurial drive. We’re building a small, high-performing team in Munich. If you’re ready to take responsibility, enjoy creating things from scratch, love to learn fast, and want to work alongside seasoned entrepreneurs, we’d love to meet you Tasks As a Founders Associate, you’ll be the right hand to the founders. You’ll work at the intersection of Company Building, M&A, Operations, and Post-Merger Integration and have real impact from day one. Strategy & Execution: From large strategic projects to fast ad-hoc topics; You’ll always be in the middle of the action. M&A: Support our acquisition process; From due diligence and financial modeling to integrating acquired companies into our group. Transformation: Understand existing processes, rethink them, and make them scalable with automation and AI. Own Projects: You take full ownership from idea to execution.
