We're looking for a fluent Croatian and English speaker to join us onsite in the heart of Essen as a Prompt Evaluator In This Role, You Will: Research, write, and refine creative prompts for large language models.Evaluate and edit short-form content, ensuring accuracy, style, and the perfect tone.Build dialogue flows for natural, engaging conversations (even on challenging topics).Help shape next-generation AI communication by generating and assessing prompts and responses. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree.C2 Croatian and minimum C1 English.A love of language, creativity, and research.High attention to detail and a passion for factual correctness.
