Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.Job Title: Industrial Development ManagerJob Location: Dusseldorf or The HagueMain Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industry Development Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with key European testing and certification institutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring Huawei products meet the highest European standards and in leveraging test results to demonstrate the superior performance of our solutions to customers and partners. This position is within Huawei's European Digital Power Industry Development Module and can be based in either the Netherlands or Germany.Responsibilities:• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and cultivate strong organizational relationships with key European testing and certification bodies, • Project Management for Testing & Verification: Lead and manage experimental testing and verification projects for Huawei products, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.• Solution Advocacy through Test Results: Effectively communicate the advantages of Huawei solutions to customers, partners, and other key stakeholders by presenting compelling evidence based on official test reports. Influence decision-making processes by clearly articulating the value proposition derived from independent testing and certification.Requirements:This role requires  experience working within industry associations or certification and testing organizations, preferably within the photovoltaic (PV) and/or energy storage industries.
