As a Senior Content Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for defining, setting up, and continuously improving processes. You will also manage a network of external resources, handling all aspects from hiring and onboarding to training, feedback, quality control, etc. Using data to guide your decisions, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your mission- Define, set up, manage, and continuously improve workflows with data-driven insights.
- Break down business problems using data, think out of the box to generate solutions, and track the business impact.
- Set the direction for our freelancer management operations, including how we recruit, train, coordinate, and support our freelancers, to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency for high-volume targets.
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge and content expertise to ensure our standards are met consistently and to inform best practices.
- Drive the planning of global content maintenance initiatives together with our Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive necessary improvements in our tooling, prioritizing needs based on impact.
- Create reports to ensure our content operations are on track, set up forecasts, and make data-driven decisions to solve operational challenges.
- Proactively engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure high-quality results and drive the right improvements.
- You have 3-4 years of professional experience in Content or other heavily operational functions in an e-commerce business (hospitality or travel industry is a plus).
- You can break down complex business problems and propose sustainable, scalable solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
- You have proven data analysis skills and experience in creating reports and making data-driven decisions (knowledge of analytics tools, i.e. Databricks or Looker, a plus).
- You are a fast learner and are able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- You are tech-savvy and know how to leverage existing tools or work with project managers and product teams to build new tools.
- You are highly confident with spreadsheets.
- You have demonstrated experience with building workflows, including with AI.
- You have demonstrated experience with resource management and project management tools such as JIRA.
- You can build relationships with stakeholders of all levels quickly and you can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- You are passionate about customer-centric content.
