We are looking for a full-time, permanent Head of Data Cemter Services (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you can choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

You ensure that the right amount of the right hardware is available at the right time and in the right place. In this way, you not only ensure smooth operation - you also contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Because our customers rely on their hosting services being provided quickly and reliably. Even if you no longer set up servers yourself, your decisions have a direct influence on how smoothly everything runs.

In this role, you will lead a team of six and have an overview of our global infrastructure. Capacity planning is your daily business: you ensure that servers and spare parts are ready for use worldwide at the right time. You manage the remote hands teams across different time zones, optimize processes and make sure that every move is right. 
Process management and design are essential here - you analyze existing processes, identify potential for optimization and ensure that our processes keep pace with the company's growth.

Even if your focus is on planning and control, you are deep enough in the subject matter to evaluate hardware, carry out tests and select the best components for our infrastructure. Data analysis will help you to make informed decisions, avoid bottlenecks and make processes even more efficient.
