So, join our German Customer Operations team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.About your team :The German Customer Operations department is part of Global Personal Investing and Advisory Operations (GPIA Operations). Operations in Germany supports profitable business growth by continuously improving operational processes and the overarching operating model. The department aims to deliver an outstanding customer experience and works collaboratively with Technology, Client Services and Sales (cross-functional approach).About your role :PI & Advisory Operations Germany consists of different teams and is organized into the key functions of Post and Document Management, Client-Onboarding and Client Maintenance, Re-Registration and Transfers, Dealing, Ordering, Reconciliation and Distributions, as well as customer regulatory reporting and tax.This role covers client data management and quality activity. The key activities include:Set-up, maintenance and deletion of client informationProcessing of Not In Good Order client information set-up and maintenance requestsCompletion of data cleansing activities to adhere to data accuracy and consistency requirementsEnsure that quality and productivity standards are adhered toIdentify inefficiencies and process transformation opportunities to further drive automation and digitizationCreation of IT change requests (incl. determination of a business case) and support testing and implementationAbout you :You are right for this role if you have the following skills and experience:Fluency in both German and EnglishGood numeracy and attention to detail with a background in data processingProcess optimization and continuous improvement knowledgeClient-centricityHigh level of quality assurance and risk awarenessFlexibility and collaborationPlease note that advanced/native German skills are a must have.Feel rewarded :For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
