We’ll do our best to make it happen.We’re looking for a proactive Country Manager France (all genders) to drive the growth of our e-commerce business in one of our key markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of performance across our new markets, from KPI analysis and P&L/budget management to planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead market-specific projects, optimize our local presence, and ensure that our marketing activities truly resonate with your market.Your RoleYou are responsible for the KPI-based country analysis, the target / actual comparison and the actions to be taken for our new European e-commerce storesIn this context, you will take ownership of the P&L and the budget for at least two of these marketsWith your e-commerce expertise, you develop targeted marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with our Campaign and Commercial teamsYou act as a project manager by collaborating with internal stakeholders from different teams to continue developing our e-commerce stores and to achieve the countries' goalsYou will drive internal initiatives to optimize your market performance, document the project status and define clear goalsYour ProfileAt least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a good grasp of P&L, key performance metrics, and how to turn insights into practical actionsNative-level understanding of one of our focus markets: UK, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Romania, or Hungary , including local consumer habits, and the overall market landscapeA strong sense of cultural awareness for your market, helping you shape campaigns and communication in a way that truly fits the local audienceFluent English (business level); German is a plus but not essentialConfident analytical skills, you can spot trends, explain changes in performance, and suggest what to do nextClear and confident communication skills, and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholdersNice to have: experience with Tableau, advanced Excel, or similar tools to help interpret and visualize dataRecruiterNuria Cano (Talent Acquisition Manager)Job LevelManager€50,000 - €65,000 a yearFor this position, our salary band goes from 50,000 EUR to 65,000 EUR.
