Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Senior Facility Manager, you enable and secure the operations of our multi-brand store portfolio by providing high-quality facility management services. Acting as an internal service provider and informal leader, you ensure that all sites meet operational, cost, and quality requirements while supporting long-term business growth.You will:Monitor your site portfolio, identify investment needs, and optimize asset lifetime and life cycle.Maintain facility plans, balancing scheduled and reactive work.Manage budgets, costs, and quality performance, proposing solutions in line with evolving business needs.Oversee service delivery and projects, sourcing and managing suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.Provide operational input for new stores and rebuilds.Ensure health & safety standards and deliver timely, high-quality service to all brands and sites.Act as first contact for technical/FM topics, represent the C&F Managers when needed, and support team performance and onboarding.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll be part of the Construction & Facility team, working closely with the C&F Manager, other Facility Managers, and stakeholders across Expansion, Brand Sales & Operations, and Regional C&F Specialists.
