Ihre Aufgaben :Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen aus dem Bereich Regulatory Affairs mit Fokus auf Lateinamerika in Bezug auf Produktregistrierungen, einschließlich der Beratung bei der Beantwortung von Mängelbescheiden und Anfragen der ZulassungsbehördenKoordination von nationalen Anträgen für neue Produkte, Line Extensions sowie Variationen oder Erneuerungen bestehender ProdukteKlärung lokaler Registrierungsanforderungen und Entwicklung regulatorischer Strategien zur Unterstützung von ProduktregistrierungsprozessenErstellung, Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der regulatorischen Standarddokumentation (z.B. Zutatenliste, Nährwertangaben) sowie Erstellung von länderspezifischen RegistrierungsdokumentenZusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Qualität, Forschung und Entwicklung, medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Angelegenheiten, Marketing), um rechtzeitige und konforme Einreichungen zu gewährleistenAktive Mitarbeit in Projektteams zur lebensmittelrechtlichen Bewertung und regulatorischen Beratung bei Projekten, die Produktänderungen, Optimierungen oder Line Extensions beinhaltenKontinuierliche Entwicklung von Regulatory Intelligence für die lateinamerikanischen Märkte, um immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein und die regulatorischen Anforderungen zu erfüllenÜberprüfung und Genehmigung von Etiketten und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung länderspezifischer Etiketten Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Biowissenschaften, Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren BereichMindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulatorischen Bereich der Lebensmittelindustrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf ProduktregistrierungenFundierte Kenntnisse der Codex-Alimentarius-Standards für Lebensmittel für besondere Ernährungszwecke und der EU-LebensmittelvorschriftenFließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Spanisch wird als Vorteil angesehenHervorragende Beherrschung von MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen und DatenbankenDienstleistungsorientiert und detailorientiert, mit ausgeprägtem analytischen DenkenHohes Maß an QualitätsbewusstseinAffinität zur Arbeit mit digitalen Systemen und ToolsStarker Teamplayer mit einer kollaborativen DenkweiseAusgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative FähigkeitenErfahrung in interkulturellen Projektteams und Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
