Aufgaben Du bist Teil des Führungskreises und trägst damit direkt zum Unternehmenserfolg bei indem du die Geschäftsleitung unterstützt. Du bist die Firewall des CEOs und hältst ihm den Rücken frei, koordinierst Termine und das operative Tagesgeschäft - alle Meetings bereitest Du vor und nach. Du trägst die Mitverantwortung zur strategischen Ausrichtung der NETSHAKE und einem gut organisierten Ablauf im Team. Du optimierst stetig unternehmensinterne Prozesse und Strukturen in und für alle Abteilungen – alle Veränderungen dokumentierst Du genau. Du hast ein offenes Ohr für alle Kolleg*innen, bist eine Vorbildfunktion und unterstützt auch neue Mitarbeiter*innen, wenn sie starten. Qualifikation Du bist ein absolutes Organisationstalent mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest eigenständig, gewissenhaft und präzise. Du bist 100% zuverlässig und bereit dazu eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten. Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für die Entwicklung eines Unternehmens und das Mindset eines CEOs mit. Du bist immer bereit den entscheidenden Extra-Schritt zu gehen und bist dabei belastbar und stressresistent. Du bringst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ein großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
