Job DescriptionTo further strengthen our Strategic Accounts Sales Team we are looking for a highly technical, knowledgeable, and experienced Global Account Manager to own revenue growth and funnel Design-in/Design wins for a Strategic Industrial Account worldwide. This Industrial account is a Global Tier 1 Industrial manufacturer headquartered in Germany.This person should have the ability to work with internal sales resources and distribution sales teams to drive new design activity, accurately track and forecast revenue, speak technically with engineers, design-in our devices on new design opportunities, think strategically to focus on the right accounts, have the business acumen to grow Renesas with strategic accounts, and have the personality to grow and foster the relationships required with customer executive leadership, engineering leadership and individual contributors, procurement, and distribution. Roles and Responsibilities Global Account Manager responsible for revenue growth and design funnel growthDirect responsibility for driving Opportunity discovery, Design In, and Design Win revenue conversion – full funnel managementCreate strategic account plan, including business unit objectives, to drive action and responsiveness to strategic accountResponsible for accurate forecasting customer revenue on a monthly basisAbility to drive design wins directly and with distributionWork with FAE and manage technical resources across multiple Business UnitsKnow competition and increase market share to grow deeper at customers in the regionHighly motivated to sell solution based siliconQualificationsYour profileEngineering degree preferred, EE or CSExcellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, result driven, team playerStrong Technical Background with record of successful history working with a direct account+5 years technical and executive selling experience required, preferably with global strategic accountsExperience in Project Management and working with cross functional international teamsWillingness to travel internationally (China, US)Fluent in English and in German.Additional InformationRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘To Make Our Lives Easier.’ As the industry’s leading expert in embedded processing with unmatched quality and system-level know-how, we have evolved to provide scalable and comprehensive semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT industries based on the broadest product portfolio, including High Performance Computing, Embedded Processing, Analog & Connectivity, and Power.
