We make the future of mobility a reality.Your TasksYou lead a team of two experienced software engineersYou conceptualize, design, and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for information and sensor fusion as well as day-to-day development tools Also, you are responsible for researching, implementing, and testing of novel sensor fusion, object tracking and/or occupancy grid mapping algorithmsTo ensure a seamless and robust implementation you have to cooperate with the other teams and work closely with themYour StrengthsCompleted master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or similar You have several years hands-on experience in Python software development; experience with RADAR systems would be beneficialYou are proficient in developing and implementing professional state-of-the-art tracking software/nonlinear state estimation, occupancy grids and sensor fusion softwareYou have outstanding mathematical, analytical, and algorithmic skillsYour verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German are excellentWhat you can expect from usInnovation: latest technologies, modern building and free charging of electric and hybrid electric vehiclesPleasant working environment: informal culture, motivated teams, short communication channels, room for active participationFuture-oriented workplace: permanent employment and individual training opportunities Attractive location: located directly next to the highway and bus stop, with parking facilities for cars and bikesFlexible working: hybrid working (4 days office presence per week)Activities: team events, gym membership and moreOther benefitsAbout usBecome a part of our innovative company and work together with us to develop our leading technology in the field of radar and hybrid sensors and systems.Please send us your complete application with certificates by mail at careers@smartmicro.de or fill out the form at our career page.
