Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Global Logistics Quality Manager (m/f/diverse) with solid logistic experience to lead and continuously improve logistics quality across our global tire business. As part of our global logistics quality team this role supports around 90 plant and market warehouses worldwide to be compliant with global standards and to drive operational excellence in logistics.Driving Global Logistics Quality RoadmapDevelop and coordinate the implementation of a global roadmap for logistics quality together with the global logistics quality teamInitiating and managing projects to drive quality roadmap items and to strive for operational excellence together with other SCM and QMtC functionsQuality Excellence & Audits:Define and implement quality standards within the global logistics organization and establish auditing procedures of plant and market warehousesEvaluate and approve relevant regulatory, customer and internal requirements and integrate them into the Quality Management SystemSupport logistics operations to fulfill mandatory standards and to continuously improve through warehouse audits, with the focus on EMEA regionContinuous Improvement:Create and maintain global logistics quality reports and KPIs, set targets, and monitor performanceInitiate, manage and support structured problem-solving in the area of logistics with the focus on EMEA regionFacilitate global knowhow transfer between global and BA logistics quality representativesQualificationsUniversity degree in logistics, engineering, quality management or equivalent studiesSeveral years of work experience in logistics and/or quality management Strong project management skills are mandatory, project leadership experience is an advantageExperiences as an auditor are beneficialWorking experiences in an international working environment Knowledge in handling warehouse management systems (WMS)Ability to lead controversialdiscussion with internal and external stakeholdersFluent English language skills (written and spoken); German and additional language skills are advantageousHigh willingness to travel (approx. 20%) to realize goals and implement standards on a global levelApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.Additional InformationWe offer the following benefits:Potential to an out of Tariff salary contract30 days of paid vacation per yearAttractive career development opportunitiesWe offer balanced working conditions by doing mobile work, working part-time, flexible working time as well as Sabbatical optionsCross-Border mobile work options up to 40 days per year from other EU countriesCompany Pension planAttractive employee benefits with discountsDiverse offers that support a better “work-family” balance ( company childcare places and free emergency care for your children)A highly diverse environment across our locationA new canteen on site with a variety of lunch optionsIf this sounds like a perfect match for you and if you want to become the next supporter of our core values: Trust, for one another, passion to win and freedom to act - we are looking forward to receiving your application. are important to us and make our company strong and successful.
