We offer you the opportunity to break new ground and develop together.AufgabenTaking responsibility for global projects, advising our foreign subsidiaries on regulatory requirements, and actively helping to shape the further development of our IT governance structuresIndependent conception, management, and implementation of international projects in the field of IT compliance, e.g., related to DORA, AI, data protection, or cyber riskSupporting our international subsidiaries in the implementation of regulatory requirements and governance directivesLeading internal and external compliance assessments, including managing DORA-related audits and coordinating requests from foreign regulatorsConducting training and awareness activities on IT compliance topics, especially in our international unitsPreparing reports and decision-making templates for the Executive Board and divisional and departmental managementProfilCompleted degree in (business) informatics, IT management, law, or a comparable qualificationIn-depth knowledge and several years of professional experience in IT compliance, IT governance, regulatory IT risk management, or IT auditExcellent understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards, especially DORA, VAIT, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2Experience in managing complex projects with international stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, and a high level of personal responsibilityPassion for intercultural collaboration and the development of modern governance structuresVery good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (C1); additional foreign languages are an advantageWe know that nobody is perfect and not all career paths are straightforward.
