This role ensures Soldiers and Family Members receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully navigate military life OCONUS.This is an excellent fit for candidates with prior military support experience or those who are service-minded, adaptable, and thrive in people-focused roles. What You’ll Do Lending Closet ServicesPrepare, issue, receive, and properly store items per Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) guidelinesSafely lift and transport items up to 60 lbsKeep inventory clean, organized, and accessibleNotify customers of overdue items via email and a follow-up phone callMaintain and file a hard copy of the Lending Closet contractsEnter transactions and contacts into the Army Family Web Portal dailyConduct an inventory of supply items and provide a status report of the inventory quarterlyComplete records for the disposal of all items that have reached the end of their lifecycle and remove items from inventoryDispose of the items utilizing on-post recycling and disposal facilitiesChoose and purchase Lending Closet itemsWho You AreYou’re detail-oriented, dependable, and love helping others navigate change.
