Position Overview NOTE: This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.Autodesk is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager (ABM DACH) to grow influence, executive engagement, long-term customer relationships, awareness and adoption of Autodesk software and services.ResponsibilitiesMeets or exceeds all basic quarterly role requirementsDemonstrates the ability to contribute to ABM processes and best practices for Marketing and sales teams to scale successShows deeper understanding of multi-touch attribution reporting, with alignment to ABSM key accountsBeginning to contribute to team scalability by documenting and sharing campaign tactic optimization best practicesDemonstrates a basic understanding of accounts and campaign planning and executionHas completed ITSMA Account Based Marketing Training and CertificationDeliver account portfolio research and analysis to drive ABSM strategiesStrategize, execute, and optimize data-driven ABSM 1:1 and 1:few strategies to achieve sales goals aligned to customer imperatives for assigned accounts or clustersDeploy multi-channel ABM 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing executionCollaborate with ABM Practice Manager on targeting strategies for the execution of 1:many ABM campaigns to applicable accounts in account portfolioApply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimizeIterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABSM campaigns and tacticsCollaborate with ABSM Marketing and sales teams (sales and Marketing interlock) to prioritize key accounts or key account clustersProvide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholdersWork closely with ABM practice managers and MOT to leverage high-performance ABSM Marketing tools and integrationsPartner closely with BDR and sales teams to ensure strong Marketing and sales alignmentMinimum QualificationsDegree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience4+ years of experience in ABM and B2B marketingDemonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales teamDirect customer-facing experience in enterprise, account-based, field marketing or solution sales roleTeam player able to work cross-functionally#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
