Senior Product Manager

What's it about? As Senior Product Manager (Human), you drive product development at Event Inc and align our product strategy closely with stakeholders and business objectives. You don’t sit in an ivory tower – instead, you create an environment where the best ideas win and where everyone can contribute to product development. Working closely with rest of Product team (PM and Design) and Engineering, you take full ownership of product initiatives that shape our competitive positioning in the MICE market. Your role You define clear success metrics for all roadmap initiatives and make sure they’re aligned with business objectives and customer needs You facilitate product discovery workshops with colleagues from all departments as well as with customers and partners You create transparent communication channels to share product insights across the company You analyze user behavior data, identify adoption bottlenecks, and improve product-market fit You conduct customer interviews and market research on a regular basis to inform product decisions You work closely with Engineering and Design to turn ideas into tangible product opportunities and deliver measurable impact You monitor competitor moves and market trends to sharpen Event Inc’s positioning in the MICE market You foster cross-functional collaboration to drive user adoption and business outcomes What we like You bring 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of product launches and competitive positioning You are a strong communicator who facilitates workshops, translates user insights into opportunities, and aligns stakeholders around clear metrics You combine a data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving and the courage to challenge the status quo You have empathy, resourcefulness, and accountability – you take ownership of outcomes You challenge ideas constructively and welcome being challenged yourself, creating an environment where the strongest solutions prevail You speak German and English fluently What you like You are part of a motivated and highly qualified team with flat hierarchies and - surprise - regular team events, such as after-work drinks on the roof terrace, culture nights, game nights or our team events at the end of the month, where we push ourselves together to get the last deals in and celebrate our successes Be a saver and take advantage of discounts on various brands and trips through PepXpress and corporate benefits Of course, there is also the obligatory fruit basket, a muesli bar and hot and cold drinks Flexible working hours.
