We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) Prop Tech who is passionate

about driving the expansion and growth of our B2C customer journey. Be part of our

journey to develop innovative, digital products to offer our customers the best possible service

and to revolutionize the real estate industry.

You are passionate about putting the user at the center of your work and developing the ideal

user experience for their interests and needs.

In order to achieve this, you take over the lead of one of our B2C development teams, are

primarily responsible for its output, set the mission and direction and act as a role model with

your motivation and your drive.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH US?

As a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) Prop Tech you are fully responsible for the following tasks:

 Have responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and executing throughout the product lifecycle

 Drive the vision and strategy for your product, communicate continuously with all stakeholders

and keep them informed

 Be our expert for the needs of your users, know the objectives and KPIs of your product and

derive the relevant next steps from them

 You understand that innovative new product solutions can only be created in a crossfunctional team and form the link to all other relevant areas

WHO ARE YOU?

 You have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager in the B2C sector

 You are familiar with the long-term further development of digital products, ideally in complex

structures

 You have experience in dealing with various agile methods and can apply them in different

situations

 You think in a user-centric manner and understand how to combine and apply user needs and

KPIs

 You are characterized by a hands-on mentality, your drive and personal responsibility and you

have excellent communication skills (in German and English)
