As a Product Manager at FUNDED, you will ensure a compelling user experience, drive product strategy and execution, and be empowered to make critical decisions that directly impact our clients and business growth. What We Do: Grant Funding: We help our clients secure up to EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive funding through government grants Debt Fundraising: We support our clients in raising venture debt by leveraging our network, expertise, and document preparation services FundedOS: Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a self-service approach to non-dilutive fundraising Tasks What to expect at FUNDED: Venture Ecosystem: We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem, cooperating closely with public and private funding providers - including the German state, venture capital and debt funds, and banks. Our clientele includes +80 of the most forward-thinking and well-funded Tech Start- and Scale-Ups in Germany, such as Celonis, Twaice and Wandelbots. Start-Up: As a young & fast-growing startup, every team member is involved in the firms’ decisions, thus, being a part of our growth story. Consulting: Project based, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders of some of the most innovative start-ups and scale-ups in Germany. As a Product Manager, you will: Identify and develop new product opportunities, like additional grant or funding modules, by analyzing market needs and shaping offerings that expand our platform Drive product development, owning the roadmap and managing the feature pipeline to balance short-term wins with long-term growth Design impactful features that make FundedOS smarter and the customer journey simpler Align teams and stakeholders, serving as the key link between developers, sales, and consulting to keep priorities clear and execution sharp Own the product’s success, making strategic and hands-on decisions that shape the future of non-dilutive fundraising Requirements We look for strong proof-points that you: Are experienced in product management for SaaS solutions, with a quick grasp of complex concepts and a hands-on mentality to develop and implement pragmatic solutions via product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and refining processes to ensure efficient execution and impactful results Are skilled in driving SaaS growth through constant product development and optimization, by interacting with the market and engaging with clients to identify new market opportunities Possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to balance multiple high-impact product initiatives effectively Candidates interested in this role should: Possess a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in product management, product ownership, or related fields, mandatory within SaaS and B2B environments Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business, technology, or a related field Speak German fluently Be enthusiastic about working and thriving together at our office Benefits Besides the exciting opportunity to combine Venture Capital, Startups, and Consulting in one role, FUNDED offers: Structured personal development: Training program to sharpen your analytics, story-telling, and project management.
