Start: asapAs a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You’ll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.Your RoleIndependently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes.Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet.Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.Your Qualifications1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic).Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team.Fluency in English or GermanThe OfferA permanent employment contract with a competitive monthly salary.Monday to Friday schedule – your weekends are always free.Opportunity to work with a huge variety of e-bikes, from almost-new to heavily used.Modern workshop environment with electric stands, high-end tools, and advanced diagnostic systems.Regular performance reviews every 6 months with promotion opportunities.A team of experienced mechanics who support your growth and share their expertise.A dynamic and supportive startup culture with real room for personal development and impact.
