Deine MissionDeine Aufgaben – Operativ und mitgestaltendTagesgeschäft:Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen: Angebotsprüfung, Auftragserfassung im ERP-System, RechnungserstellungKoordination von Lieferterminen, Beständen und ProjektmaterialienOrganisation von nationalen und internationalen Lieferungen inkl. Versand- und ZollunterlagenKommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern, Logistikern und internen AbteilungenUnterstützung im operativen Einkauf und Bestellwesen: Bedarfsermittlung, Bestellung, LieferterminverfolgungProjekte & Prozessentwicklung:Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von ERP- und Order-Management-ProzessenUnterstützung bei der Optimierung der Supply Chain und interner AbläufeAktive Mitwirkung und Gestaltung bei Kundenprojekten, insbesondere im Bereich WLAN- und DigitalisierungsprojekteBeteiligung an der Integration von Kundenportalen, z. B. für WLAN-Projekte im BildungsbereichAufsetzen von Reports und KPIs zur Effizienzsteigerung im Bereich Logistik & AuftragsabwicklungDeine PowerWas du mitbringstAbgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industrie, Großhandel, Spedition o. ä.)Erfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung, Logistik, Einkauf oder VertriebsinnendienstSicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.
