Through a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility, you have the opportunity to make a differenceAcquisition (identification, qualification and acquisition) of new customers (and existing customers)Support and commercial development of existing customersIdentification of customer requirements and development of technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with existing resourcesThey represent this area at trade fairs and other events.Maintenance and use of the CRM system (Salesforce)WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEDegree in industrial engineering/electrical engineering or comparable trainingAt least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding salesHigh technical affinity, (expertise in drive technology is an advantage)Strong communication skills and persuasiveness combined with entrepreneurial thinkingPioneering spirit, flexibility and pronounced negotiation skillsFlexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 50%)Good knowledge of the English and German languageIn addition to a modern working environment with agile development processes and a wide range of design options, we offer you an attractive overall package with performance-related pay, flexible working time models, mobile working, individual personnel development, a company pension scheme, 30 days of annual leave and other benefits, such as a job bike offer, free parking, an in-house canteen, free drinks and health promotion measures.
