Working closely with our teams in Logistics, Commercial, and Finance, you will take ownership of strategic initiatives that make Buying Labs more efficient, data-driven, and future-ready.Your MissionProject Management: Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation to implementation with the support of the tech team. Define project goals, milestones, and success criteria while ensuring effective stakeholder alignment across all levels of the organization.Process Optimization & Automation: Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimize and automate workflows across departments. Introduce modern digital tools and scalable automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual processes.Strategic Transformation Planning: Translate company strategy into concrete project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and report on progress, risks, and key deliverables.Change & Stakeholder Management: Drive cultural and organizational adoption of digital tools and processes. Communicate effectively across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure smooth project execution through strong leadership and engagement.Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and track KPIs for project success. Provide transparency to management through structured reporting, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Foster an innovation-driven mindset.
