Your missionAt Bears with Benefits, we create innovative health and beauty supplements designed to empower people to look and feel their best. We are now looking for a Director Marketing (Focus: Performance & Growth) who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment. As a passionate leader, you will drive scalable, profitable growth across multiple markets and channels, leading a high-performing international team on our journey to reach €100M in sales over the next years.Your profileExperience: +4 years in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing — ideally within a D2C, beauty, or health brand environment.
