Your responsibilities:- Manage and organize team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports using various software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Office, SAP)- Maintain and update departmental databases, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical)- Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries- Assist in the procurement process, including raising purchase requisitions, tracking orders and invoice acceptance- Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing deadlines, and preparing status updates- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members- Act as team focal point to Facility Management and Information Technology departments- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism- Provide general administrative support as required to ensure smooth team operations Your profile:- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable- Work experience as an assistant- Experience with Google Suites- Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems- Confident handling of MS-Office- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written Your partner:Orizon GmbH is your capable partner when it comes to standing out from the crowd on the labour market.
