Your responsibilities:- Preparation of necessary logistics for the department head and the team- Management of appointments and optimization of agenda for the department head- Handling, organization, and completion of national and international correspondence. Planning, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, creation of meeting documents, and conversation notes- Office administrative tasks- Management of working time accounts- Point of contact for inquiries from internal and external parties Your profile:- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or comparable - Work experience in the field of assistance, non-commercial administration, and secretarial/assistant work- Confident handling of SAP, MS-Outlook and MS-Word- Experience in Google Suite is desired- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written- Spanish is an advantage Your partner:Orizon GmbH is your capable partner when it comes to standing out from the crowd on the labour market.
