PL/SQL Developer for Archive and Output in System Integration

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining database solutions for our archive and output systems, as well as integrating various systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PL/SQL development and a passion for creating efficient, scalable database solutions.Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and packages for data archiving and output managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flowOptimize database performance through efficient query writing and index managementImplement and maintain data archiving strategies to ensure long-term data accessibility and storage optimizationDevelop and maintain ETL processes for data migration and integrationTroubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely mannerParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development standards and best practicesStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in database management and system integrationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in PL/SQL development with at least 3-5 years of experienceExtensive knowledge of Oracle database systems and SQLExperience with database archiving, output management, and system integrationSolid understanding of data modeling, database design, and optimization techniquesProven ability to write complex SQL queries and develop efficient stored proceduresFamiliarity with version control systems, preferably Git/BitbucketKnowledge of additional programming languages such as Java is desirableFamiliarity with OpenShift cloud-based database systems and data warehousing concepts is a plusAdditional InformationWe realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
