This is your chance to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced company where passion, purpose, and performance meet.You’ll:Answer inbound technical support requests and perform technical check-in and follow-up with existing customersOwn, update and maintain product documentsCreate educational articles on best practices/lessons learned/how-to-use for customers and prospectsPlan and execute customer on-sites to support their technical product implementation/applicationLead the technical coordination of In-orbit demonstration (IOD) flight missionsWrite and present technical papers and posters at international space conferences and workshopsCreate customer application workshops and supporting webinarsSupport the sales and BD team at conferences for customer meetings and booth staffingConduct competitive landscape analysis and gather technical business intelligenceSupport the R&D team with the development of new products aligned with market needsHere is what you bring to the tableBachelor’s and/or master’s degree in mechanical/mechatronics/aerospace engineering, or a related technical fieldUnderstanding of fundamental technical principles, mechanics and experience with CAD and environmental testingExperience in the space sector a mechanical/mechanisms engineer with strong customer focusExperience in GD&T, machining processes and techniques as well as experience with high performance materials, surface treatments, and lubricants for space applications is a plusTrack record of driving customer success and aligning within complex customer environments at executive and department levelsAbility to understand customer requirements, develop and guide their thinking to identify measures of success, designing an application to meet them and ongoing plan to increase value over timeSolid organization and multi-tasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and interpersonal skillsYou are a problem solver, both on the technical and non-technical side and you aim to find solutionsStorytelling ability, in both technical and non-technical settingsYou have a strong urgency to complete tasks and have a measurable impact on the businessYou have experience with planning and executing customer visits, technical reviews, for executive level clients and key stakeholders; this includes preparing internally and orchestrating externallyYou show a strong bias for action combined with a natural inclination to take the initiative and own the resultAttention to detail and following up on analyses with clear assumptions, rationale and solid logicYou are most likely already working in this role and are looking for more growth and responsibilityWillingness to travel for business trips/conferences/customer visits (up to 40%)Fluency in English; eligibility to work in the EUInterested?If you are seeking an exciting new challenge in a growth-oriented role, apply today by providing your CV and if you like, your cover letter and examples of your work.About us Dcubed is a fast-growing NewSpace company headquartered in Germering/Munich which accelerates space exploration through durable and affordable space hardware.
