For the French-speaking regions, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/w/d). Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies The role requires an international or global mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and interconnected environment. Strong communication skills in French and English (German as a plus) and leadership skills are essential to guide teams and stakeholders toward achieving goals. Experience in the field of Aerospace & Defense is desirable. A profound technical understanding is crucial to address complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Additionally, a solid background in project and program management will be key to successfully leade and oversee initiatives from start to finish. Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a global environment, collaborating with teams across different time zones and diverse cultural backgrounds. You will lead program setups, taking charge without disciplinary responsibility, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of programs. This includes managing and overseeing multiple programs simultaneously, owning program schedules, deliver targets and budgets, as well as report regularly to stakeholders. Additionally, you will gain a deep understanding of the customer's technical requirements and provide solutions while evaluating feasibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be crucial to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Moreover, you will continuously contribute to improve the capabilities of our global teams by training and teaching program and project management best practices.
