Kitchen ManagerWe are looking for a Kitchen Manager excited to lead one of our hubs.As Kitchen Manager, you are the first point of contact in a kitchen hub. You oversee and ensure a smooth flow of operations and help ensure that the kitchen is a safe and clean space for all. You will play an essential role in establishing work flows and processes in our smart kitchens. Your Daily Business Lead & manage a hub kitchen team including station chefs and handover manager(s)Coordinate dispatch, order stacking, and hand-off to ridersPlan shifts for hub employeesOversee daily HACCP procedures and hub operations, ensuring strict adherence to Circus standards and smooth operational flowsTroubleshoot and problem solve in case of an unplanned eventSupport the rest of the kitchen team, lend a helping hand wherever it is neededOrder hub supply according to hub needLog orders as they enter the hub and sort into correct fridge and shelf slotsConduct regular inventory and log counts in stock management systemManage wasteTrain and onboard new employees Base Qualifications Detail-oriented leader with organized, efficient workflowsFormally trained as a chefor comparable3-5 years of experience in the food industry - kitchen and/or F&B experience (at least 1 of each in a leadership role)Experience leading a teamExcellent communication and people management skillsComfortable working under time pressure and able to juggle a range of different tasksMust be able to work with tablets and different smart systems & programsFluent in English and preferably German as well Preferred Qualifications Experience in a leadership role in a catering, prep, hotel, canteen, hospital kitchen or similarExperience with smart kitchen hardware (e.g. Rational, Merry Chef) and kitchen software (Apicbase, POS Systems, etc.)You already have a Hygiene Pass ("Rote Karte") Even if you don't tick all the boxes yet feel excited and are confident you can master this position, don't hesitate to reach out and apply.
