Their goal is to deliver a gold standard of laboratory diagnostics and provide comprehensive testing solutions for Eurofins and third-party laboratories.To further develop our food sensitvity testing in Kassel, Germany, we’re looking for a business-forward V.I.E candidate with an interest in technology, business strategy, economics, and legal insight. As we define our long-term approach, you’ll play a key role in guiding senior management by delivering clear, relevant information, exploring different angles, and evaluating strategic options. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity and influencing big decisions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.As Food Sensitivity Project Manager, you will:Collaborate closely with teams from Research & Development, commercial operations, and support senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.Benchmark competitor products and strategies, and build a deeper understanding of laboratory requirements and workflows.Align with service providers, for software development or product certification, and potential clients to organise external feasibility studies and trials.Conduct option analyses, including high-level assessment on timelines, risks and costs.Organise the flow of information between stakeholders by hosting meetings and providing presentations or trainings.Collect and present information to create a basis for a core business case.What can we do for you?Exposure & growth: You’ll join a global network that values growth and development and have a lead role in a strategic project for Gold Standard Diagnostics with exposure to group leaders. Training & development: In a supportive work environment you will collaborate with talented professionals, and develop your analytical, strategic, communication, and language skills.QualificationsAre you our kind of extraordinary?Education: Currently enrolled, soon-to-graduate or recently graduated with a university degree or master’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, natural sciences or business/economics. Previous internships at a laboratory or company in the biotechnology industry is a plus.Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus.Personal skills: You have strong communication skills, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Please note that V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old.
